2000-2012

I worked in a corporate, chained to a desk 10+ hours a day design world for more years than I care to remember. I learned a lot about what I didn’t want out of my career…

However, during that time I learned from some very talented people. That knowledge has enhanced my skill sets which range from print media and website design to color correction and photo manipulation.

After marrying into the military I found myself traveling and moving on a regular basis. I knew no agency would hire a designer who would be leaving in a few years with little to no notice.

In 2012 I decided to take the leap into a solo career. Since then my passion has grown from simply designing to being a full service marketing firm that strives to help Independent Authors compete with published authors.

In 2010 a friend approached me to design the cover for her debut novel. The book was a huge success and in 2012 she asked me to design the cover for the second book in the series.

That is when I took a hard look at the wold of self publishing. I noticed a staggering number of authors who needed professional design assistance to help push their work into the top selling categories.

When I’m not wrangling Diablo, I am interacting with clients, designing websites, creating consistent branding, or brainstorming ideas for the next big project. My passion for great design, attention to detail, and trying new techniques has evolved over the last 14 years while working in the print and web design industry. During that time I had the opportunity to work with a variety of interesting clients.
